3. Intellectual property
All content on the site (worksheets, illustrations, texts, logo) is protected by copyright. How you may use the worksheets is set out in the terms of use.
4. Personal data
The data controller is [À COMPLÉTER : prénom et nom de l'éditeur], publisher of the site. Data is processed in accordance with the Digital Code of the Republic of Benin (Law No. 2017-20 of April 20, 2018) and, for visitors residing in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data processed:
- Browsing: the site shows no advertising and worksheets can be downloaded without an account. The host keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page visited) to ensure the site's security and proper operation.
- Audience measurement: anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, worksheets downloaded, device type, country) are sent to Google through Google Tag Manager in “cookieless” mode: no measurement cookie is set and no identifier follows you from one visit to the next. This data is kept for at most 14 months.
- Searches: the terms typed in the site's search bars (with the language, the search bar used and the number of results) are recorded without any data about you (no IP address, no account), to find out which worksheets to create. Avoid typing personal information in them.
- Email contact: if you write to the publisher, your email address and message are used only to reply to you and kept for the duration of the exchange.
- Visitor account (optional): email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text) or Google account, display name and profile (parent or teacher) if you provide them, as well as your favorites, the worksheets downloaded while signed in and your collections. This data is used only to run your account; it is kept as long as the account exists and erased as soon as it is deleted, which you can do yourself in “Settings”. A collection you make public is visible to anyone with its link, without your email address.
- Administration area (publisher only): sign-in uses a Google account through Supabase Auth.
Technical providers: Vercel (site hosting, United States), Supabase (database, accounts and sign-in emails), Google (Tag Manager and cookieless audience measurement) and a PDF file storage service. Some data may therefore be processed outside Benin and the European Union, by providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
